A Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) has been implemented by Liberty Utilities due to local weather conditions. The Court's phone system is unavailable until power is restored. Please contact the court clerk's office at: info@alpine.courts.ca.gov. 

Can't afford to pay:

Request a fine reduction online for eligible infraction offenses (including most traffic tickets). DO NOT USE to request traffic school, contest your ticket, or submit proof of correction.

    Effective July 1, 2024

    Please direct all comments on the 2024 Local Rules of Court to the Court Executive Officer (ceo@alpine.courts.ca.gov). A hard copy of the 2024 Local Rules of Court may be purchased from the Court Services staff at the Court House in Markleeville.
